At TruePyrite, we take pride in offering carefully selected pyrite and gifting products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we have outlined our return and refund policy below for complete transparency.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind (Due to the natural and sensitive nature of pyrite, and because we ensure minimal handling of each piece before delivery to maintain its energy and quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once the order has been shipped).
- Slight variations in color, texture, or shape (as pyrite is a natural stone).
- Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery.
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return Email or WhatsApp us with:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video of the product showing the issue.
- Our team will review the request within 2 working days.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
3. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
